10 white fish fillets, cut into thin strips
1 /2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
6 iceberg lettuce leaves
1 tsp chilli garlic sauce
Marinate the fish and bell peppers with salt, pepper, chilli garlic sauce and lemon juice for about 30 minutes.
Divide the fish and bell pepper into 6 portions.
Wrap a lettuce leaf around each portion.
Steam for 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot accompanied with soya sauce.
