. الحصول على ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال في المبيعات والتسويق.
. لديه خبرة 4-6 سنوات في مبيعات السلع الاستهلاكية.
. العمر بين 30 – 36 سنة.
. معرفة أعمال توزيع السلع الاستهلاكية وقدرات المبيعات.
2- مدير المبيعات – التجارة التقليدية، بالشروط التالية:
. دراسات عليا في المبيعات / التسويق / إدارة الأعمال.
. لديه خبرة لا تقل عن 6 إلى 10 سنوات في توزيع السلع الاستهلاكية مع سنتين كحد أدنى من الإدارة والقيادة.
. العمر بين 30 – 40 سنة
. لديه المعرفة والخبرة في صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية ، وإدارة الحسابات الرئيسية ، وقيادة وتطوير الأشخاص ، والتغطية وتخطيط المسار.
