. لديه ما لا يقل عن 6 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل في شبكات MPLS Core و ISP مع مزود خدمة الإنترنت من المستوى 1/2.
. لديه فهم عميق لهندسة MPLS وبروتوكولات اللبنات الأساسية: RSVP و LDP و T-LDP و IGP OSPF و IGP ISIS و M-BGP و TE-FRR و SR و SDN و ICT..
. لديه درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية أو علوم الكمبيوتر.
2- خبير تخطيط الراديو، بالشروط التالية:
. لديه ما لا يقل عن 8 سنوات من الخبرة العملية بما في ذلك 6 سنوات في التخطيط اللاسلكي كخبرة فني.
. لديه مهارات MS Office الاحترافية .
. لديه إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة بطلاقة.
. لديه درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة / الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
