The new branch facilitates convenient accessibility and high-quality efficient services and solutions for customers. Reinforcing the importance of branches as a primary customer touchpoint, the new branch is staffed by qualified and well-trained Omani professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service. It has been designed to the latest standards in terms of layout, space, and facilities, ensuring accessibility for all customers, including people with disabilities, as well as businesses. Strategically located, the branch features a modern design and spacious layout that aligns with banking sector standards, offering a comfortable and secure environment that enhances the overall customer experience. It provides a full range of banking services, including dedicated sections for various financing products such as Baituna home finance and “Sayyarati” auto finance. The branch also includes a dedicated desk for “Najahi” business banking customers, a sales office, specialized areas for Asalah Priority Banking customers.
