Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has received a phone call from King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain to reassure himself about conditions in Oman after the tropical cyclone /Shaheen/ that hit the Sultanate.
During the call, King Hamad stressed his country’s solidarity with the Sultanate while it addresses impacts of the climatic conditions. He expressed his heartfelt condolences and sympathies to His Majesty the Sultan and the Omani people on victims of the cyclone, praying to the Almighty Allah to rest their souls in peace in paradise and grant their families fortitude to bear the loss, and protect the Sultanate against all harms.
On his turn, His Majesty expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation for King Hamad’s kind gesture and sincere sympathies, praying to the Almighty Allah to protect him and the Bahraini people against all harms. –ONA
