Thumrait: Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) funded the provision of 2,386 laptop devices for school students in grades 7-12 in the company’s concession area in the Wilayats of Thumrait and Al Mazyona, Governorate of Dhofar.
The initiative is part of PDO’s efforts in sustaining social projects and enhancing partnership with government departments concerned.
The aim of PDO’s efforts is to upgrade the educational process by promoting the concept of e-learning, as well as providing the necessary tools for students and guardians to achieve this goal. –ONA
