His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, has issued a royal pardon to 328 prisoners, including 107 expatriates.
The Royal of Pardon of His Majesty the Sultan coincides with the occasion of the Prophet’s birthday 1443 AH, and taking into account the families
of these inmates.
