The emergency exercise at Muscat International Airport has ended.
Muscat: The emergency exercise to maintain the readiness of Muscat International Airport to deal with emergency situations has ended.
Oman Airports said in a statement: “The emergency exercise carried out by Oman Airports has just ended. We thank our strategic partners in the Royal Oman Police represented by the General Administration of Operations, Administration General Airport Security, Civil Aviation Authority, Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority, Oman Air and Transom Handling.”
“The implementation of this exercise comes within the framework of periodic programmes to maintain the readiness of Muscat International Airport to deal with emergency situations in accordance with regulations and licensing requirements issued by the Civil Aviation Authority,” CAA said.
