Muscat: 22 housing units in the Hai Al-Naseem project have been completed, with all their basic facilities, as announced by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
The Ministry announced on Saturday that the Hai Al-Naseem project within the “Sorouh” initiative has reached advanced stages of completion, as 22 housing units have been completed in the neighbourhood with all their basic facilities, and work is underway to establish different models of housing units.
In a statement to the Oman News Agency, the ministry indicated that the project is expected to be completed in 2027, as they will start receive applications for ownership in Hai Al-Naseem according to mechanisms and criteria for differentiation for those who first applied for residential lands in the governorates of Muscat and South Al Batinah, with proof of financial ability to purchase.
The ministry confirmed that specialised consultants have been appointed to manage projects to suit the ambitious aspirations, as preliminary studies and engineering designs have been completed.
