Muscat: The Administrative Judicature Court concluded the training programme “Key Performance Indicators” (KPI) within the project of measuring individual performance and institutional proficiency.
A number of employees of Administrative Judicature Court took part in the workshop.
The 5-days workshop aimed at understanding the mechanism of Objectives and Key Results “OKR” for all administrative divisions of the court, to reflect positively on the development of human resources, raise job performance, and enhance productivity, according to the strategic plan of the Administrative Court.
The workshop included an introduction to the system and its importance, its implementation mechanism, and the definition of the strategy of its objectives and main results.
