Muscat: Starting his two-day state visit, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, arrived at Doha International Airport, where he was received by Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar.
His Majesty the Sultan arrives in the State of Qatar for a two-day visit.
As the Royal Air Force plane entered the airspace of the State of Qatar, it was escorted by the warplanes of the Qatari Emiri’s Air Force.
After a short break in the reception hall, His Majesty the Sultan, accompanied by the Emir, left for the Emiri Diwan in Doha, where His Majesty the Sultan was accorded an official reception ceremony.
His Majesty the Sultan also inspected the guard of honour and met received and exchanged greetings with senior officials and delegations from the Qatari side.
