Nizwa: The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism held a plenary meeting with the office of the Governor of Al Dakhiliyah.

The meeting, which was held in Nizwa Cultural Centre on Wednesday, aimed to enhance cooperation and partnership between the ministry and the Governor’s office.

The Governor’s office reviewed the ministry’s development plan for the heritage and tourism sectors in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah. Through this meeting, the ministry targets the implementation of tasks and functions related to heritage and tourism within the framework of the governors’ offices.

The meeting was attended by Shaikh Hilal Said al Hajri, Governor of Al Dakhiliyah, Maithaa Saif Al Mahrouqi, Undersecretary for Tourism, Eng Ibrahim Said al Kharousi, Undersecretary for Heritage, shaikhs, walis, members from the Shura Council, representatives of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), entrepreneurs and youth. –ONA
