Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Monday issued 5 Royal Decrees as follows:
Royal Decree transferring the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Sciences, to the Diwan of Royal Court.
Royal Decree transferring the Office for Conservation of Environment (OCE) from the Diwan of Royal Court to the Environment Authority.
Royal Decree approving the organizational structure of the Diwan of Royal Court.
Royal Decree cancelling the National Field Research Centre for Environmental Conservation (NFRCEC).
Royal Decree appointing Habib bin Mohammed al Riyami as chairman of the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Sciences, at the Diwan of Royal Court, with the same financial degree.
