TEHRAN: Brigadier Abdulaziz Abdullah al Manthari, Assistant Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), for Operations and Planning, on Wednesday met with Brigadier-General Seyyed Mahdi Farahi, Deputy of Iran’s Ministry of Defense for Armed Forces Logistics (MODAFL).

The meeting came within the framework of the 16th meeting of the Omani-Iranian Military Friendship Committee currently held in Tehran.

The Iranian Deputy Minister valued the good turnout of the committee’s meetings since its establishment in serving the armed forces of both countries.

For his part, Brigadier Abdulaziz al Manthari thanked the Iranian side for their efforts in supporting the committee in carrying out its duties.

The meeting was attended by a number of members of the Omani-Iranian Military Friendship Committee from both sides. — ONA
