Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) gained 12.5 points, comprising an increase of 0.31 per cent to close at ‪‪‪‪4043.11 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 4030.57 points.

The trading value stood at OMR 4,751,467, comprising a drop of 21.7 per cent, compared to the last session, which stood at OMR6,069,744.

The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went up by 0.118 per cent to reach about OMR22.05 billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached OMR354,000, comprising 7.44 per cent.

The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached OMR119,000, comprising 2.50 per cent. The net non-Omani investment went up by 4.94 per cent to OMR235,000.
