LONDON: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, met here on Monday Liz Truss, UK Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs.
The meeting touched on the historical ties binding the two countries. The two sides stressed their keenness to continue promoting the bilateral relations in various fields. They also underlined their interest to promote the joint cooperation, particularly in the economic and investment areas.
The two ministers exchanged views on some regional and international issues of common concern as they stressed the importance of maintaining pillars of security and stability in all parts of the world. – ONA
