Muscat: the Ministry of Health has reported 15 new cases of the Omicron variant in the Sultanate of Oman, currently subject to epidemiological investigation.
The Supreme Committee, which has been following up on the developments of this pandemic, urged everyone to fully adhere to preventive measures, such as wearing a mask in all closed places, maintaining social distancing, avoiding crowded places and gatherings of all kinds, and maintaining clean hands.
It also calls upon all those aged eighteen and over to take the booster dose of the Covid vaccine, which is available in primary care institutions.
