Muscat: On behalf of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan received separately in his office on Wednesday Mizanur Rahman, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to the Sultanate of Oman and Toshinori Kobayashi, Ambassador of Japan to the Sultanate of Oman, to bid them farewell at the end of their tasks.
The two ambassadors expressed their thanks to His Majesty the Sultan for the support extended to them during their tour of duty in the Sultanate of Oman from His Majesty, the Government and the Omani people, which had enabled them to carry out their tasks.
They also expressed their best wishes of good health, happiness and long life to His Majesty the Sultan, wishing the Sultanate of Oman further progress and growth under the wise leadership of His Majesty.
On his turn, HH Sayyid Asaad expressed his utmost thanks to the ambassadors for the efforts they exerted in serving relations between the Sultanate of Oman and their countries, wishing them permanent success, and the peoples of Bangladesh and Japan further progress and prosperity.
The meeting was attended by the Secretary-General and the two advisers at the Office of HH Sayyid Asaad. –ONA
