Property Valuer
Day to day role will include:
• Liaise with banks, finance and other stakeholders to register Rezone
as an approved valuer.
• Explore and develop business opportunities with prospective clients
• Prepare reports, proposals and presentations
• Conduct valuations and issue reports.
• Inspect and measure properties for valuation.
• Work with other teams within the company to obtain cross referrals.
What we are looking for:
• Degree holder in real estate, finance or a related discipline
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a finance, consultancy or sales
• Excellent written and spoken English (required) and Arabic (preffered)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Sharp, self-motivated, result-oriented and aggressive
• The ability to work autonomously
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent relationship building skills, internally and externally
