Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued a Royal Decree No 3/2022 on the appointment of a Chairman of the Royal Academy for Administration (RAA).
Article (1) appoints Dr Ali Qasim Jawad al Lawati as a Chairman of the Royal Academy for Administration (RAA) with his existing financial grade.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue. –ONA
