Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, felicitated the team behind the performance of ‘Rigoletto’, the final stage production of the late film and stage director Franco Zeffirelli, itself an adaption of Giuseppe Verdi’s Riogletto.
“His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the Royal Opera House Muscat, honors those responsible for the tenth anniversary of “Rigoletto”, which is the last work of the late director Franco Zeffirelli,” Oman News Agency, ONA, said.
According to the Royal Opera House Muscat’s website, performances of Rigoletto are scheduled again for Friday and Saturday.
