Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to Emperor Naruhito of Japan on the occasion of his Birthday.
In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes of good health, happiness and a long life to Emperor Naruhito. His Majesty also wished the people of Japan further progress and prosperity.
