University of Buraimi (UoB) received a high-ranking delegation from the University of West London (UWL), led by Dr Peter John, Vice-Chancellor, accompanied by the British Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, Bill Murray. Memorandum of understanding (MoU) between University of Buraimi and University of West London will foster collaboration in the fields of scientific research and consultancy in industry, innovation and entrepreneurship.
Dr Abood bin Hamed al Sawafi, Vice-Chancellor of UoB and Chair of the Executive Board, welcomed the visiting delegation.
The University of West London is a public university in the United Kingdom founded in 1860. For more than 150 years, UWL has excelled in academic as well as vocational education supplying the workforce and labour market with young professionals in the fields of business administration, computing, engineering, film, media, design, hospitality, tourism, humanities and social sciences, law, criminology, music and healthcare.
