Don’t put off taking care of yourself till you feel like you are successful. Being successful requires you to take care of yourself. This is how you become what you desire to be.

A big part of this work is learning to live in the present and being the person you desire to be in the present. There is a physical aspect to this and that is learning to show up for yourself.
The truth about life is that you and I get to create what we desire and it starts with showing up for ourselves. Stop making excuses and waiting for life to show up for you. Show up for yourself first. Change the narrative you’ve been telling yourself. Stop doing certain things only when you reach the level of success you’ve set up for yourself in your mind. Do those things now. That is how you call in that future reality.
Taking care of ourselves mentally, emotionally and physically is not something we have to earn. It’s necessary to live a full life. If you are putting off doing the things that make you feel good and strong then how will you ever get to a place where you feel good and strong about those things?
Changing your reality, making your dreams come true and building the life you desire requires effort from your part that is energetic and strategic. Your vision becomes your present when you integrate the person you see yourself as with the person you are.
How do you become the person you want to be? How do you become the person who has time to take care of yourself? How do you become the business owner or leader you want to be?
REMEMBER, that you already are that person.
When you remember that you already are that person you start taking action, making decisions and showing up from that place. Your reality shifts because now you are the person who has time to take care of yourself or be the business owner you dream of being because you are living the life of that person. You have made that your reality.
The time to take care of yourself is now because if that is the reality you want then it’s up to you to claim it.
