Muscat: Shaikh Khalifa Ali al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs received here on Wednesday Daniel Banaim, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Arabian Peninsula Affairs in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs at the US Department of State.
The two sides reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them in various fields. They also underscored the importance of promoting these relations to meet the envisaged aspirations.
The two sides also exchanged views on prominent regional and international topics.
The meeting was attended by Leslie M Tsou, US Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman.
