Muscat: Renaissance Services, Oman’s leading accommodation, services solutions and IFM company in Oman, listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange held its Annual General Meeting on March 30, 2022.
Amongst other resolutions on the agenda, the shareholders approved a dividend of 20 baisas (20 per cent of the paid-up capital).
In his statement, Samir J Fancy, Chairman, Renaissance Services said, “2021 was a good year in terms of improved performance, although that remains below our ambition, capacity and capability. Client and government support to implement agreed minimum worker welfare standards in Duqm remains key to realise the full promise and potential of our business.”
