The Foreign Ministry of Oman on Saturday condemned the arbitrary and illegal activities of Israel and its occupying forces in the Palestinian territories.
“Their attack on the sacred places Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Al-Haram Al-Sharif on unarmed and wholly innocent worshipers is a flagrant violation of international law and a grave provocation for Muslims around the world,” the statement said.
The international community must shoulder its responsibilities by promoting justice and law, ending the occupation, and achieving peace through the restoration of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, it added.
