Muscat: The International Tent Pegging Federation (ITPF), which is based in Muscat, appointed Anees bin Mohammed al Maamari as vice-president for executive affairs for a period of 2022-24 term. Al Maamari will replace Yousuf bin Ali al Hooti who submitted his resignation due to private reasons which was accepted by the Annual General Assembly which took place in Muscat recently. Anees had a wide range of experience and he took charge of vice-president position in a previous term of the federation. ITPF is chaired by Mohammed bin Issa al Fairuz, Anees al Maamari as vice-president for executive affairs, Prendum Moneer as vice-president for technical affairs, Khalid al Hajri as vice-president for media and marketing affairs, Haider Hussain Ali as vice-president for development and training affairs. Bukfutev Sergi, Paul Prawn, Rafat AbdulRahman, Atif al Attar, Abid Saleem Khan are the board members. Haitham al Lawati is the secretary-general and Salim al Balushi is the assistant secretary-general.
