Muscat: The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries Wealth and Water Resources issued a ministerial decision amending some provisions of the executive regulations of the Law on Pastures and Livestock Management.
His Excellency Dr. Saud bin Hammoud Al Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries Wealth and Water Resources issued Ministerial Resolution No. 82/2022, the text of which was to be added to the executive regulations of the Law on Pastures and Livestock Management, Article No. (3 bis) stipulating that everyone who handles bundles of dry grass (Rhodes Grass) as follows:
– The length of the dry grass bundle shall not be less than (90) cm, width (52) cm, and height (40)
– The weight of a bundle of dry grass (Rhodes Grass) shall not be less than (9) kg.
– Putting an identification card that includes (name of the producing farm, type of product, variety, production date).
The decision shall be effective after (30) thirty days from the date of its publication.
