Muscat: Lankan Lions will take on Mash Eagles in the quarter-finals of Pran Frooto Ramadan cricket tournament at Al Hail Ground.
While some of the famous teams like Lions 11, Lankan Lions, Mash Eagles, Ayan International, BHT Xl and Friendly Stars are under various stages of qualification, Muscat Zalmi will meet Al Fatah 11 in the pre-quarters on Monday night.
Ibn Sina pharmacy met Lions Xl on Sunday night at Al Hail Grassy ground. The Lions Xl won the match by 6 wickets and entered the semifinals. Ibn Sina won the toss and elected to bat but they managed to score 58 runs in 8 overs for the loss of 4 wickets.
The Lions Xl team chased the target in the last ball after losing four wickets only. Riaz Aoi top scored with 25 runs and other useful contribution came from Jose with 21 runs.
The final match will follow the prize distribution function in the presence of SK Firoz Ahamed, Marketing & Business Development Manager of PRAN Food Oman.
