Salim al Amri, Chairman of Oman Athletics Association (OAA), elected as Vice Chairman of Arab Athletics Association for Asian continent for the (2022-2025) term while Dr Habib al Rabaan elected as the Chairman of Association. The election of Arab Athletics Association took place in Jeddah city, Saudi Arabia in attendance of Prince Nawaf bin Mohammed, Vice President of the International Athletics Federation (IAAF) and representatives of other Arabian athletics associations.
“Thanks for the trust and confidence of the association members to be at this position. It is a great pleasure and honour to work with different leaders at Arab Athletics Association. With forming the new structure of the association, we will work as a team towards development of Arabian athletics in general and in Asian in much focus”, the chief of OAA said
