Muscat: Sayyid Hamoud Faisal al Busaidi, Minister of Interior issued a decision on candidacy applications for the Municipal Councils’ 3rd term membership in the Wilayat of Al Jabal Al Akhadhar, the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah, and the Wilayat of Sinaw, the Governorate of North Al Sharqiyah.
The applications can be submitted through the website: elections.om during June 26 till July 7, 2022.
As per the Municipal Councils Law, the candidates should transfer their records to the same wilayats prior to submitting their applications, said the Interior Ministry.
