Muscat: A training programme on Internal Communication began at the Ministry of Information on Sunday.
The five-day programme is implemented by the Media Training Centre of the Ministry of Information.
The programme aims to learn and benefit from modern technologies that help deliver accessible messages way to the public.
As many as 15 participants from various government agencies take part in the training programme. It covers diverse themes, such as introducing scientific theories in the field of communication and benefiting from them in enhancing institutional communication, the roles and tasks of the Public Relations Department in developing communication channels, and defining the organization’s internal and external communication strategy, in addition to mastering the communication tools for internal motivation.
