Muscat: Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister and Sameh Shoukry, Foreign Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt held a meeting at Al Alam Palace today.
The meeting comes within the framework of the official visit paid by President Abdul Fattah el Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Sultanate of Oman.
The two sides reaffirmed the advanced relations between Oman and Egypt and underscored the importance of enhancing them in economic, investment, tourism and science fields. They also exchanged views on various regional and international matters of common interest. They stressed the importance of resolving conflicts through peaceful means and dialogue.
The meeting was attended by Abdullah Nasser Al Rahbi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Khalid Radi, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Sultanate of Oman and Khalid Hashel Al Muselhi, Head of the Minister’s Office Department.
