Muscat: Currently, parts of the Al Hajar Mountains in the governorates of Al Dakhiliyah and Al Dhahirah are witnessing rainfall of varying intensity, which may lead to a decrease in the level of horizontal visibility.
Oman Meteorology said in a statement: “Thunderstorms of varying intensity, accompanied by active winds, may lead to a decrease in the level of horizontal visibility and the fall of hail in parts of the Western and Central Al Hajar Mountains in the Governorates of Al Dakhiliyah and Al Dhahirah. Expectations are for the continuation of the flow and spread of rain clouds over the governorates of South Al Sharqiyah, Al Wusta and Dhofar.”
