Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Felix Tshisekedi of the Democratic Republic of Congo on his country’s Independence Anniversary.
In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Tshisekedi and the people of his country.
