Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has expressed greetings to citizens of Oman and residents in its land on the occasion of Eid Al Adha. This was unveiled in a statement issued by the Diwan of Royal Court reading as follows: “Upon the advent of Eid Al Adha 1443 AH, while Muslims exhibit happiness to celebrate the holy occasion-deriving noble lessons from the Haj (pilgrimage) rituals, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has addressed a message of greetings to the citizens of Oman, residents on its land and all Muslims. His Majesty the Sultan prayed to the Almighty Allah to bring back this and similar auspicious occasions at a time all are enjoying good health, happiness and a long life full of faith. May the Almighty Allah protect His Majesty the Sultan and grant him a long life adorned with all manifestations of bounties! — ONA
