Salalah: Dhofar Municipality continues with its efforts of removing water accumulated on the main roads and residential areas in different wilayats.
The efforts are part of the measures being taken by the authorities to avoid the risk posed to road users due to rain water accumulated on roads amid reduced visibility on account of the dense fog that the region experiences during the Khareef season.
The teams concerned at Dhofar Municipality, represented by Wastewater Department, have also dealt with drainage of accumulated heavy rainwater in the Wilayat of Salalah and its affiliated niyabats.
The field teams of the municipality in the wilayats of Taqa, Mirbat, Sadah, Dhalkout, Rakhyout, and Thumrait and affiliated niyabats have timely dealt with the issue by effecting drainage of rainwater on the main roads and in residential areas.
