New York: Shaikh Khalifa Ali al Harthy, Diplomatic Affairs Undersecretary at the Foreign Ministry, held a meeting with Antonio Guterres, Secretary General of the United Nations (UN), on the sidelines of the political ministerial forum on sustainable development that kicked off here on Wednesday.
The meeting touched on key regional and international issues.
Guterres lauded Oman’s leading role in enhancing regional security and stability. He expressed gratitude to the Omani government for its constant cooperation with the UN, notably on the Yemeni cause.
