Muscat: The Ministry of Health on Thursday issued a circular on organising working hours at establishments offering primary healthcare.
The circular responds to the needs of society, bearing in mind geographic and demographical aspects of local communities.
In the meantime, programme of providing comprehensive health services will be gradually applied, it was reported. Right from the beginning of next week, the Ministry of Health will publish the names and locations of health establishments scheduled to be activated, along with their working hours. The circular reflects the ministry’s conviction in the significance of providing easy access to primary health services, being the cornerstone of every health system.
