Ministry of Labour launches e-questionnaire

Muscat: The Ministry of Labour has launched an electronic questionnaire to measure beneficiaries’ satisfaction with the level of services offered.

The questionnaire has been made accessible via Ejada platform within the Labour Ministry as a first stage of soliciting beneficiary feedback, before being generalised in other government units by the end of this year (2022).
