The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism (MHT) will make periodic inspection visits to all hotel and tourist establishments from October 1, to monitor their compliance with the quality standards.
Legal measures will be initiated against the violating establishments in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
The ministry clarified that all owners and managers of the licensed hotel and tourist establishments must prepare their facilities in accordance with the standards of quality, cleanliness, level of service, and customer satisfaction stipulated in the Tourism Law and its executive regulations.

The largest markets in the GCC, Saudi Arabia, and UAE, are expected to witness CAGRs of 8 and 5.5 percent, respectively.
Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain are expected to grow at 7.1 percent, 6.3 percent, and 2.9 percent, respectively.
