Muscat: The Investor Roadshow conference kicked off here on Monday to promote investment opportunities in Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX).
The two-day conference is attended by more than 300 participants representing financial bodies and organizations, banks and investment companies, as well as managers from different parts of the world, representatives from Oman’s capital market sector, investors and financial brokerage companies.
The conference includes several working papers on the features of MSX Strategic Plan, investing in Oman and available opportunities.
The conference also reviews the main features of Oman Vision 2040 and the exit-plan for Oman Investment Authority (OIA), as well as Oman’s capital market sector.
Investor Roadshow includes panel discussions for public shareholding companies listed at MSX, and visual presentations of companies expected to be in the exit-plan of the OIA. Those companies include Majis Industrial Services Company, Abraaj Energy Company, OQ Group’s gas pipeline network and a real estate fund.
