Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik will head for the United Kingdom tomorrow (Friday) to offer condolences on the death of Queen Elizabeth II and congratulate King Charles III, King of the UK of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Head of the Commonwealth, on the occasion of the Monarch’s ascension to the throne.
