Muscat: Dr. Mohammed Nasser Al-Zaabi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence received in his office at Al Murtafa’a Camp on Wednesday General Enzo Vecciarelli, Chief of the Defence of the Italian Republic and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral relations and a number of matters of common concern.
The meeting was attended by Vice Admiral Abdullah Khamis Al-Raisi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), Italian Ambassador to the Sultanate and the military attaché at the Italian Embassy in Muscat.
General Enzo Vecciarelli and his accompanying delegation left after an official several-day visit to the Sultanate.
The guest and his accompanying delegation were seen off at Seeb Air Base by Brigadier Hassan Ali Al-Mujaini, Head of Moral Guidance at theCommand of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (COSAF), Italian Ambassador to the Sultanate and the military attaché at the Italian Embassy in Muscat.
