Muscat: The Sultanate will participate in the 46th annual meetings of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group, which will take place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on Friday.
The Sultanate will be represented in the meetings by Sultan Salim al Habsi, Minister of Finance and the Sultanate’s Governor in the IsDB.
This year’s annual meetings are launched under the theme ” Building Resilience in the Aftermath of COVID-19 “.
The two-day meetings will discuss a range of topics related to improving flexibility amid the spread of Covid-19, prospects for future innovation and rebuilding global value chains as a path to global economic recovery, as well as other topics such as youth development and job creation. –ONA
