Muscat: A citizen has donated OMR 4 million to expand some departments of the Royal Hospital.
“Sheikha Amina Saud Bahwan makes a generous donation of OMR 4 million to expand the adult emergency department and the National Cancer Center at the hospital,” the Royal Hospital said in a statement.
The hospital administration extended its sincere thanks and appreciation for the community contribution from the Sheikha Amina Saud Bahwan Foundation and the efforts made by the Ministry of Health.
The expansion of the adult emergency department includes the department currently designated for rehabilitation and physiotherapy, and also the expansion of parenteral nutrition services and the supply of intravenous drugs for oncology patients.
