Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman on Friday participated in the celebration of the 92nd National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, organized by the General Secretariat for National Celebrations in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police at the Empty Quarter border crossing, in the presence of Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Sultanate of Oman.
The celebration activities included a number of paintings embodying the deep brotherly and historical relations between the two brotherly countries. The ceremony began with a musical performance by the music of the Royal Oman Police, followed by lyrical and folk paintings performed by folk bands in Al Dhahirah Governorate, in addition to paragliding and free jumping show.
The Saudi ambassador said that this celebration reflects the close and solid relations between the two countries, praising the historical relations linking the Sultanate of Oman with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He affirmed the two countries’ efforts to strengthen cooperation at all levels for the service of the two brotherly countries and peoples.
