Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Tuesday led the welcoming party at the Royal Airport for His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan, UAE President, who arrived on a two-day state visit to the Sultanate of Oman.
His Majesty the Sultan received His Highness upon his arrival at the Royal Special Airport.
After that, His Majesty the Sultan, and His Highness the guest headed to the hall and received the guard of honor from the Royal Guard of Oman.
The guest’s plane, upon entering the airspace of the Sultanate of Oman, was escorted by military aircraft.
