Muscat: Dr Abdullah Nasser al Harrasi, Minister of Information said: “What is distinctive in the relationship between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Bahrain, is that it is deeply rooted and based on historic foundations dating back to the time of the civilizations of Magan and Dilmun.
The Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Bahrain laid the foundation of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the minister said.
For over half a century, Oman and Bahrain set up a strong relationship based on sincere principles for dealing with various issues and events, the minister said.
